Oil Cleansers are some of the best way to break down stubborn makeup and sunscreen but using straight up oils is not always so satisfying.
In this tutorial we will look at how to create an elegant and silky formula that turns milky so that you can double cleanse like a pro!

Method
1- In one beaker measure the PG4O
2- Add the rest of the ingredients one by one, stirring in between
3- That’s it! Very simple ;)
