Oil to Milk Cleanser
This gentle Oil-To-Milk Cleanser is made with Sucragel, a unique ingredient that can gel oils and turn milky upon contact with water.
It is excellent at removing makeup, especially the waterproof kind.
Use on it’s own or do a double cleanse with another gentle cleanser afterwards

Method
1- Measure Phase A and B in separate beakers. Slowly add the oily phase B in the Sucragel. Watch the video for a step by step guide.
2- When the oil is gelled up, add in Phase C.
