Method

1- Measure all ingredients of Phase A and heat them to melt. Take a measure of the beaker to account for any water lost to evaporation later.

2- While everything heats up, make a slurry from Glycerin and Siligel.

3- When Phase A is melted blend it at high sheer.

4- When the emulsion is formed, add the Slurry of Phase B.

5- When Phase A and B are combined, add in Phase C one ingredient at a time.
