Method
1- Combine all Phase A ingredients and place on the heat.
2- While this melts, measure Phase B.
3- When Phase A has melted, add in Phase B and stir to combine.
4- Take off the heat and add in Vitamin E and Essential Oil.
5- Quickly pour the mix in your jar and let it set in the freezer.
